Regular registration fee:
- CHF 300,- if received by March 15, 2005
- After March 15: CHF 400,-
Accompanying guest registration fee:
CHF 150,-.
(The registration fee for accompanying guests includes welcome reception, lunches, and conference dinner.)
Cost for excursion: CHF 70,- (including transport and lunch).

Cancellation Fees
There will be no charge for cancellations received by March 15, 2005. After this date through April 20, refunds will be made minus a 20% charge. After April 20, 2005, no refunds can be given for cancellations.
